(ENDED) How to get free Discord Nitro (June 10th-June 24th)
On June 10th 2021 Discord and Epic Games started a 2 week collaboration giving 3 months of Nitro FOR FREE to anyone that had an Epic Games account. To access this, you can go to https://www.epicgames.com/store/en-US/p/discord--discord-nitro login to your Epic Games account and redeem the Nitro. Please make sure you have the correct email linked. You will get an email within an hour with a redemption link. Be patient, as it did take me a while to receive the email.
Now, like most things in life, there is a little catch here. You must have a payment method linked to your Discord account that redeems the Nitro. This account also can’t claim the free Nitro if it has bought Nitro before. However, if you meet all the requirements click the redemption link in your email and it will take you to Discord to start a subscription.
It is possible to use an alternate account for this if your main account does not qualify. If not, simply gift it to a friend!
IMPORTANT: If you do not wish to be automatically charged after the 3 months of Nitro ends, go in your settings > subscriptions and cancel your subscription. If you wish to use your boosts, do that before cancelling.
